We first heard Daniel Brottman on Introductions when he performed the first movement of Grieg's Piano Concerto with his Fremd High School Symphony Orchestra (that's him on left with his orchestra conductor Marla Caballero and fellow Fremd Musician Patrick Kennedy on right).

We were so impressed that we invited him back to perform a solo program, in which he performed one of his own compositions, in addition to some Bach and Chopin.

Program:

Liebestraume -- Liszt

Sonata 31 in Eb, Mvt 3 -- Beethoven

Butterfly -- Grieg

Prelude no. 2 -- Gershwin

Rhapsodic-Sonata in Eb -- Brottman

Prelude and Fugue 21, from book one of the WTC by Bach

Ballade in G minor -- Chopin
